The Well Badger Resource Center is a health information and referral program. It’s managed by the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation, along with Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS).

- Help paying for health care or basic needs.
- Nutrition.
- Pregnancy and parenting.
- Services for children and youth with special health care needs through Wisconsin Wayfinder. Learn more about this free and confidential service.

Well Badger offers these free services to anyone living in Wisconsin:
- One-on-one help from a certified resource specialist—Contact a certified resource specialist Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. There are interpretive services if needed. You can also:

Do you have a child with a mental health condition, disability, delay or special health care need?
Wisconsin Wayfinder supports families of children with delays, disabilities, special health care needs, and mental health conditions. Children’s resource guides are helpers who assist families, caregivers, professionals, and organizations in finding a wide array of supports and services available through the Children’s Resource Network.
