STD: Surveillance Data

Data on sexually transmitted infections (STIs) not available in the statewide, regional, special focus, and county specific reports may be requested by submitting an online sexually transmitted infection data request form, F-03346. Please allow at minimum two weeks for requests to be filled. Complex requests or those including several years of data may require longer than two weeks and the requestor(s) may be asked to pay a small fee for the service.

Data related to co-infections with STIs and HIV may be requested by filling out an online sexually transmitted infection and HIV co-infections data request form, F-03346a.
