    Located in Chippewa Falls, NWC is a short-term assessment and treatment facility for individuals who have an intellectual disability and challenging behaviors.

  • Southern Wisconsin Center

    Located in Union Grove, SWC provides short-term and residential services to assist people living with intellectual disabilities reach their highest potential.

  • Mendota Mental Health Institute

    Located in Madison, MMHI primarily provides services to people with a mental illness and involvement with the criminal justice system.

  • Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center

    Located in Mauston, SRSTC provides specialized treatment services for people charged with a crime, people found not guilty of a crime by reason of mental disease or defect, and sexually violent persons.

  • Winnebago Mental Health Institute

  • Wisconsin Resource Center

    Located in Oshkosh, WRC provides specialized treatment services to people referred from the Department of Corrections.
