Birth to 3 Council: Meetings

The Council meets at least four times per year. The state Birth to 3 Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) invites participation from the public including, but not limited to Birth to 3 Program providers, parents, advocacy organizations, state agency personnel, Head Start, Early Head Start, and local interagency coordinating council members.

The ICC is available via Zoom. Zoom will allow public attendees to observe all Birth to 3 ICC meetings from  their work, home, or mobile device. There will be an opportunity for public comment as noted on the agenda. All public attendees' devices will be muted during the remainder of the meeting. The Zoom link is located on each ICC meeting agenda.
