The age-adjusted incidence rate for all cancer in males declined from 571.7 per 100,000 population in 1995 to 512.3 per 100,000 in 2019. The age-adjusted rate for cancer in females remained more stable, at 414.0 in 1995 and 436.9 in 2019. The rate of cancer incidence remained consistently higher in males than females.
