Family Care, Family Care Partnership, and PACE: Influenza Immunization Conversation Kit for Managed Care Organizations
Influenza (flu) immunization education and outreach is important. This Immunization Conversation Kit has resources for managed care organization (MCO) staff. They can use this Kit to talk with members, their family, or legal representatives about flu vaccines and immunizations.
The Division of Medicaid Services Influenza Quality Improvement Collaborative identified the resources in this Kit. This Collaborative is made up of representatives from:
