Nurse Aide, Feeding Assistant, and Medication Aide Programs: Resources
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) approves and oversees standardized training and testing programs. These programs include feeding assistants, medication aides, and nurse aides. We maintain a Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry for nurse aides and medication aides. This registry lists the names of aides who meet federal and/or state requirements to work in Wisconsin. This includes proper training, testing, and work experience.
