CWC: Services

Short-term services

These short-term programs are intended to provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities that are otherwise unavailable in the community. Individuals return to the community when their needs can be met at the local level.

Residential services

The last long-term admission occurred in 1995. While long-term admissions are no longer accepted, residential services are provided to those admitted before 1995. All of the individuals living at Central Wisconsin Center have complex care and treatment needs. Individualized services are provided. Active treatment is supported by all disciplines to maximize skill development.
