ADRC: Help Enrolling in Long-Term Care Benefits for Older People and Adults with Disabilities
Aging and disability resource centers (ADRC) help with long-term care. They can help you by determining if you qualify for long-term care funding. If you do, they can assist you in choosing a long-term care program.
Long-term care programs
Programs include:
- Family Care, a Medicaid long-term care program for frail older adults and those with disabilities.
- Family Care Partnership (also known as Partnership), a health and long-term care program.
- IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), a self-directed program.
- Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (also known as PACE), a program that provides care and prescription drugs.
