ADRC: Contact Information

ADRCs (aging and disability resource centers) are located in all 72 counties in Wisconsin. Find contact information for the ADRC in your county below.

Most Tribal nations have dedicated Tribal aging and disability resource specialists (ADRS). Tribal ADRS help Tribal members get information in a way that is culturally responsive. They also help members access long-term care services. Tribal members have the option to work with the local ADRC or a Tribal ADRS where available. Find contact information for the Tribal ADRS under your Tribal nation below.
