Food and nutrition resources and service providers assist adults living with a disability and aging adults access proper nutrition which is crucial for maintaining health and independence. Home delivered meals, senior meal sites, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) are just a few of the many resources and service provider options.
