Proposed Rulemaking Projects

The Department of Health Services (DHS) may request comments from stakeholders and the public when formulating the objectives of new rulemaking projects. Comments may be sought at public hearings, informational sessions, or by means of public solicitations. Any input received will be considered, but is not binding on DHS.
