One year. All expire on December 31 regardless of the issue date.

Site fee plus tube fee. Contact 608-267-4782, e-mail us or visit Fee Schedule for Registration of Ionizing Radiation Installations webpage for exact fee. Hazard Free devices such as electron microscopes are exempt after initial registration.
Instructions
The licensing agency sends renewal materials in November of each year. If you need a duplicate, contact 608-267-4782 or e-mail us.
