Waivers Requests for Advanced Practice Nurse Prescribers in Community Support Programs

This memo describes how Community Support Programs can request a waiver to use an advanced practice nurse prescriber as outlined in Wis. Admin. Code DHS § 63.05. This memo replaces the expired DMHSAS Action Memo 2015-10/DQA Memo 15-012 that repealed a statewide waiver for Community Support Programs to use advanced practice nurse prescribers.
