ADRC Professionals: Scorecard - Laotian

The interactive scorecard below allows you to make selections for the consumer's county and program to display and print the relevant Managed Care Organization (MCO), IRIS Consultant Agency (ICA), or Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA) scorecard.

Printing a scorecard

To print a scorecard double-sided, click “Download” at the bottom of the dashboard and select “PDF.” Change the “Include” field to “Specific sheets from this workbook,” and then click on the two pages you would like to print (For example: “MCO Scorecard” and “MCO Info”). Then click the blue “Download” button.
