Hepatitis C: Resources for People with Hepatitis C

For most people with hepatitis C, drugs are now available to prevent hepatitis C from becoming a chronic disease.

An acute infection may clear on its own without treatment in about 25% of people.

Since 2011, new treatments have been available for persons living with hepatitis C and have shown to cure 90% of persons with 8–12 weeks of oral therapy.
