Community Mental Health Allocation CY 2025

This memo references Profile #516 of the State and County Contract for Social and Community Programs, outlines the reporting requirements for reporting the use of Community Mental Health Allocation for calendar year 2024, and outlines expenditure requirements for the use of calendar year 2025 funds. This memo is distributed now to foreshadow reporting requirements for calendar year 2025 mental health services. Counties must comply with the reporting requirements in the Program Participation System. This includes the reporting of consumer functional outcomes every six months through the consumer status data set in the Program Participation System.
