The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is currently conducting the National Core Indicators Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Survey for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This survey is part of a nationwide project called National Core Indicators. DHS is doing the survey to learn more about how to help people in Wisconsin who are getting long-term care. The survey information will be used to improve services and better understand people’s needs.
