The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is currently conducting the National Core Indicators Child and Family Survey (NCI-CFS) for families with a child who receives long-term care services. This survey is part of a nationwide project called National Core Indicators. DHS is doing the survey to learn more about how to help people in Wisconsin who are getting long-term care. The survey information will be used to improve services and better understand people’s needs.
