DHS Miscellaneous Receipts e-Pay Service

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Miscellaneous Receipts e-Pay Service is used to collect credit card payments for patient visits at the Winnebago or Mendota Mental Health Institutes (MHI), and current or former employees who are paying for benefits, overdrawn leave, or other payroll-related recovery.

Patient payment for Winnebago or Mendota MHI visits

Please key in your Visit Number and then select Make a Patient Payment.

Current or former employee payment

Please key in your Employee ID or DHS Invoice Number and then select Make an Employee Payment. 

Please note: payments for other program areas are not accepted using this service and will be refunded.
