New Supplemental Security Income-Related Categorically Needy Income Limits for Medicaid for the Elderly, Blind or Disabled

This operations memo announces a change in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI)-related categorically needy income limits for Medicaid for the Elderly, Blind or Disabled (EBD Medicaid). The new limits will be fixed amounts and will no longer be based on the applicant or member’s actual shelter costs.
