2024 Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant Annual Report and Substance Abuse Prevention Services Information System Final Submission
Description
Agencies that received federal Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant funds in calendar year 2024 must complete their annual report online no later than May 15, 2025. In addition, agencies must enter primary prevention data into the Substance Abuse Prevention Services Information System by May 15, 2025.
