    Foot care services offer preventive and corrective care of the feet.

  • Hearing Loss

    Medicare is federal health insurance for anyone age 65 and older, and some people under 65 with certain disabilities or conditions.

  • Memory Diagnostic Clinic

    A memory clinic, or memory assessment service, is a specialist center that provides diagnosis, treatment, and support for people with memory loss.

  • Mental Health

    Mental health providers and resources support a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being, which can affect how they think, feel, and act.

  • Palliative Care

    Palliative care is a specialized medical care that helps people with serious illnesses or chronic conditions improve their quality of life and manage pain and symptoms.
