Benefits and financial assistance includes programs and services offering a wide array of support to help individuals financially to reduce the stress of financial burdens and opens doors to programs that can improve an individual's quality of life.   • Benefit Counseling

    Benefit specialists provide trusted and confidential advice about benefits, including health care, disability income, and money saving programs.

  • Emergency Funds

    Providers who are able to offer immediate short-term financial assistance.

  • Long-Term Care Programs

    Long-term care programs offer services and supports to individuals who are aging, living with a disability, or have a chronic illness.

  • Material Goods and Supplies

    Organizations offering low or no cost clothing, household goods, and basic necessities.

  • Medicaid

    Medicaid provides health coverage to eligible low-income adults, children, pregnant women, elderly adults and people with disabilities

  • Medicare

    Medicare is federal health insurance for anyone age 65 and older, and some people under 65 with certain disabilities or conditions.

  • Public Benefits

    Programs offering assistance through Federal and State funded benefits.

  • Social Security

    Federal insurance program that provides financial protection.

  • Tax Preparation

    Low or no cost assistance for those who need support completing tax forms.

  • Youth in Transition to Adulthood

    Support for those moving from children's support services to adult services.
