Organ and Tissue Donation Program
The Organ and Tissue Donation Program works to increase the number of people who say “yes” to organ, tissue, and eye donation and reduce the number of people who are waiting for lifesaving transplantation and life-improving surgery.
The Organ and Tissue Donation Program manages and promotes the Wisconsin Donor Registry in partnership with the Division of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Natural Resources, and Donate Life Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Donor Registry
Join the 2.9 million other Wisconsinites, and register to be an organ, tissue, and eye donor today.
Registering yourself legally authorizes the gift of your organs, tissues, and eyes upon your death.
Your gift can save and improve the lives of others through transplantation, therapy, research or education.
