A person trained and certified to perform asbestos abatement activities or under the direct supervision of a certified supervisor, including but not limited to setting up containment, repairs, removal, encapsulation, enclosure, loading out or disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from a building.
Duration
Annual. Renewal required.
Fees
$75 annually
