Harm Reduction Response Team Outreach Efforts, F-03227 (09/2023)

The Harm Reduction Response Team (HRRT) will collect data from participants accessing services to evaluate what is working and identify additional services that should be offered. While data collection is helpful for program planning and evaluation, data collection should not distract or act as a barrier for participants accessing HRRT services. Efforts will be made to collect only relevant data about key demographics, services being provided, and trends in the utilization of services. If a participant does not wish to provide any of the requested information, they will not be denied HRRT services.
