2024 Management Evaluation Review – Staff Survey Questions
Each year, the Department of Health Services (DHS) is required by Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) to conduct a Management Evaluation Review of the FoodShare (FS) program. This survey is not used in measuring performance requirements, but rather to evaluate any training or resource concerns you may have, as related to managing your workload.
