Radon Information Center Report (October 2022-September 2023)

The following questions allow radon information centers (RIC) to report their radon-related activities over the last twelve months. Reported information will be used to better understand programmatic requirements and to complete our annual reports to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Please provide as much information as possible. Do not include personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) in your responses.
