DO-NOT RESUSCITATE (DNR) INFORMATION

This memo replaces DSL-BQA 00-054 issued August 15, 2000.

Chapter 154, Subchapter IIII (Sections 154.17 through 154.29) of the Wisconsin Statutes establishes a system for the issuance of Do-Not-Resuscitate orders in certain situations and for Do-Not-Resuscitate bracelets. Information concerning do-not-resuscitate orders and bracelets is available on the Division of Public Health, Bureau of Local Health Support and Emergency Medical Services website located at: http://dhfs.wisconsin.gov/ems/system/DNR.htm
