Wisconsin, including general medical-surgical, psychiatric, alcohol and other
drug abuse, rehabilitation, and state hospitals. The information is drawn from
responses to the Annual Survey of Hospitals and the Fiscal Year Hospital Fiscal
Survey, and represents each hospital’s pages from the Guide to Wisconsin
Hospitals, FY 2000.
