Holiday Stress and Depression
Don’t let the Holidays get you down. The holidays can be a joyous time of year. For many of us, though, the holidays can also be a stressful, even depressing time. Much is known today about the causes of stress and depression around the holidays (e.g., missing lost loved ones, financial pressures, etc.), and the steps you can take to minimize their unhealthy impacts on you and your family (controlling expectations, setting spending limits, etc.).
