Administrative Rules for Family Care were published in the Wisconsin Administrative
Register on October 15, 2000 and took effect November 1, 2000. The Permanent Administrative Rules for Family Care were created with input and advice
from a wide variety of people including the State Long Term Care Advisory Council,
consumers and advocates, representatives from the long-term care industry and the Family
Care pilot counties.
