Ombudsman Activity Reports

The Long Term Care Ombudsman program through the Board on Aging and Long Term Care and the Family Care Ombudsman program contracted through Disability Rights Wisconsin provide ombudsman services to potential and current enrollees of the managed long-term care programs.

Both programs report activities to the Department.
