Educational & Participatory Programs

  1. Movin' and Munchin' Schools (PDF, 873 KB)

Movin’ and Munchin’ Schools is an innovative program designed to increase the level of physical activity and improve nutrition choices among Wisconsin’s school children and their families and school staff. It also rewards participating schools with funds to improve their nutrition and physical education programs.

  1. Wisconsin Nutrition Education Network

The Wisconsin Nutrition Education Network facilitates collaborative planning of nutrition education programs at the state and local levels.

  2. Free printable guidebook that offers healthful tips for changing eating habits. Tips include how to lower the fat, increase fruits and vegetables, and increase whole grains in your diet.

  4. Information on a variety of nutrition topics, including daily tips for healthier eating, fad diets, and links to registered dietitians in your area.

Provides information on the benefits and tips for incorporating fruits and vegetables into your diet, including recipe ideas.
