The Provider Agency Audit
Guide, 1999 Revision
The Provider Agency Audit Guide, 1999
Revision is a joint policy of the Wisconsin
Department of Health Services, Wisconsin
Department of Corrections, Wisconsin Department of
Workforce Development and the Wisconsin
Department of Children and Families. With one exception, the Guide establishes audit
standards for all providers which receive funding from or passed through these agencies
for the purchase of care and services. Local governments which expend sufficient
federal funding to need audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 and which receive
funding from or passed though a state agency need to have audits in accordance with the
State Single Audit Guidelines (exit DHS).
