EMS Boards and Committee 
Meeting Schedules

Meetings of EMS Advisory Board, Statewide Trauma Advisory Councils, Physician Advisory Committee,  EMS for Children Board and their subcommittees are held together in one location. 

Meetings are held at the Sheraton Madison Hotel located at 706 John Nolen Drive in Madison, Wisconsin.  Their direct phone number is (608) 251-2300.  Meeting dates are as follows:

2009 Meetings

• February 3 and 4, 2009

• April 7 and 8, 2009

• June 2 and 3, 2009

  • The EMS Advisory Board and subcommittee meetings will be used to work on the draft rule revision of HFS 110.  Each subcommittee will be working on the draft rule as it pertains to their subcommittee's expertise.  All other Board and Subcommittee work will be held until the October 2009 meetings so that the groups can work exclusively on the draft rule.

• October 6 and 7, 2009

• December 1 and 2, 2009

2010 Meetings

• February 2 and 3, 2010

• April 6 and 7, 2010

• June 1 and 2, 2010

• October 5 and 6, 2010

• December 7 and 8, 2010
