07/21/09	Ops Memo 09-42 Job Access Loan (JAL) Centralization was published on July 21, 2009.
07/16/09	Release 09-01 of the new Call Center Anywhere (CCA) Handbook was made on July 16, 2009. Call Center Anywhere is telephonic software that call centers and help desks use to answer, route, and track telephone calls. It can also be used to receive faxes. Right now only DHS staff use this software, but in the future IM agency staff may begin to use CCA.

07/14/09	Release 09-02 of the Caretaker Supplement Handbook was made on July 14, 2009.
06/26/09	Release 09-02 of the FoodShare Handbook was made on June 26, 2009.
06/18/09	Two new IM Agency lists were added to the IM Agency List page. The IM Agency Homeless Mail Pickup Sites list will be used by ESC staff to direct Homeless Core Plan members to the right location for their mail. The QUEST Vault Card Coordinators (QVCC) list will be used by ESC staff to direct Core Plan members to the correct site to pick up QUEST vault cards.

05/01/09	The new SSI-E, SSI-Admin, and FSET Handbooks have been added to the EMGlobal Handbook. The EMGlobal Handbook is a secure handbook (CARES users only) that can search for a term in all of the EM handbooks simultaneously.
05/01/09	The FSET Handbook is now located on the DHS site. The old FSET Manual has been removed from the DCF site. Release 09-01 was made on May 1, 2009.

02/22/08	As of January, 2008 DHS will no longer post ECF data to the web. The scanning of backfiles is complete for almost all agencies.
01/31/08	The Medicaid Eligibility Handbook (MEH) has been entirely rewritten. The old MEH found at http://www.emhandbooks.wi.gov/meh/ is obsolete as of 02-01-08. It will still remain online so staff can view former policy. The new MEH now pertains only to elderly, blind, and disabled (EBD) individuals. The url for this new version of the MEH is found at http://www.emhandbooks.wi.gov/meh-ebd/ and is effective 02-01-08. It has been restructured to be more user-friendly. Also, new FPLs were updated in this release. All other Medicaid information for families, pregnant women, and children is found in the BadgeCare Plus Eligibility Handbook at http://www.emhandbooks.wi.gov/bcplus/
