Children’s Long-Term Support: Enrollment Dashboard

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) works with local county health and human services agencies to help children and families get supports and services through the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program.

The tool below will help you learn:

  • How many children are in the CLTS Program right now.
  • How many children are eligible for the CLTS Program, but not yet enrolled.
  • How long it takes to enroll a child in the CLTS Program.

How to use the tool below

To find details on the CLTS Program:

  1. Select a county from the Select County drop-down menu or leave it as ‘(All)’ to see information on the whole state.
  2. Select a month and year from the Select Month and Year drop-down menu.
  3. Hold your mouse over the graphs to see more facts.

Continuous enrollment is a process that helps children join the CLTS Program faster. Children are served on a first come, first serve basis. Learn more about continuous enrollment.

Terms

  • Total children enrolled: The number of children enrolled in the CLTS Program.
  • Total children eligible but not yet enrolled: The number of children who are functionally eligible for the CLTS Program but not yet enrolled.
  • Referral to being eligible: The average number of days children have waited to get their functional eligibility determination.
  • Eligible to being enrolled: The average number of days children have waited to be enrolled in the CLTS Program after they received their functional eligibility determination.
  • Referral to being enrolled: The average number of days children have waited to be enrolled in the CLTS Program after the family first contacted the county.

How to download and print this information

To download and print a PDF of the tool:

  1. Filter the dashboard to the county and date you need.
  2. Select Download at the bottom of the dashboard.
  3. Select PDF.
  4. From the Include menu, choose This View.
  5. Select Download.
  6. Open the PDF and print it.
