The nearly 25 year old Parents as Teachers (PAT) Home Visiting Program
in Wisconsin recognizes parents as a child's first and most important
teachers. Offered in many communities across the State, PAT
programming consists of 4 components: home visits, group meetings,
developmental screening, and resource connection. Attend this Wisline
to learn more about this important resource for children and families
enrolled in or referred to the Birth to 3 Program.
