Natural Supports, a project based at UW- Madison's Waisman
Center and funded by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services' Medicaid Infrastructure Grant, aims to help children
with disabilities and their families access natural supports.
Natural supports, in contrast with professional supports,
involve people readily available to children and families
every day, such as neighbors and friends. Join this Wisline to
learn how you can help families identify and utilize these
crucial supports from the beginning.
