Description

Agenda

Part 1: Writing Good IFSP Outcomes - Discussion and Practice (Lisa Pugh, Kathy Boisvert, Rene Forsythe)
What does a really good IFSP outcome look like? How do we make outcomes individualized? How do we make them measurable? What is important to families? How are good outcomes and measures recognized on IFSPs during a county program review?

Wisconsin Personnel Development Project and Birth to 3 RESource staff will try to demystify outcomes and answer these questions! They will share examples and work through a process for writing quality outcomes that are meaningful to families.

Part 2: Birth to 3 Work Force Survey 2004 - Findings and Discussion
WPDP Director Linda Tuchman will share results from a recent statewide Birth to 3 workforce survey. She will discuss the challenges we are currently facing in Wisconsin as well as areas of positive change.
