You can apply for BadgerCare Plus benefits online at access.wi.gov, by mail or telephone with your local county or tribal agency.

Please Note:  To apply for the BadgerCare Plus Core Plan, you must apply online at access.wi.gov or by calling the Enrollment Services Center at 1-800-291-2002.  You cannot apply until June 15, 2009 for benefits beginning on July 15, 2009.

Your local county or tribal agency as well as other community organizations across Wisconsin are available to help you enroll in BadgerCare Plus. You can get information about benefits and help completing the application at the community organizations listed below. 

The organizations listed below can help you with filing your application. They cannot help you with questions about an existing case. If you are currently enrolled in BadgerCare Plus, please contact your local county or tribal agency with questions.
