Each calendar year, Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) enter into a contract with the Department of Health Services which specifies the services the State is purchasing, and describes the mutual obligations of the Department, the ADRCs and the MCOs.
